This command allows you to choose what type of labels you are working with for your label file. A dialog box will appear listing all of the formats you’ve designed for Label Manager, simply select the format which you would like to use and click on the OK button.
Formats describe the labels you are using, such as their height and width, the number of rows and columns per page, etc. You can use the standard formats Label Manager comes with, or you can make your own to match the type of labels you are using. Formats are stored internally in the Label Manager application, and there is no limit to the number you can create.
If you choose Label Format... when you have a label file open, the format you select will “stick” with the file so that, until you change it to something else, Label Manager will always use that format when you use the file. If you choose Label Format... when you have no label file open, Label Manager will make the format you choose the default for any new label files you create.
